Steph’s Absolutely Fabulous Peanut Butter Cookies
a little less than 2 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
3 tbs Butter
2 cups White Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Rolled Oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees & grease a cookie sheet
Cream together peanut butter and sugar. Beat in one egg at a time. Add vanilla and baking soda and fold in oats. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, press down with fork and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Summer Intern Steph Bell graduated from the Delaware College of Art and Design with an AFA in Photography and then went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a BFA in 2009. During and since school she’s been honing her culinary skills in an attempt to fund her art. She intends to make the most of her time at WSW learning as much about intaglio as possible then spread the printmaking love all over Philadelphia, PA., where she currently resides.
