YOU GO GIRLFRIEND! Tatana Kellner in New York Public Library Exhibition

Celebrating 100 Years at the New York Public Library. Now through Saturday, December 31, 2011
Tana Kellner’s book B-11226: Fifty Years of Silence was chosen to be one of 200 items on display for New York Public Library‘s centennial exhibition Celebrating 100 Years.

The exhibition displays a diverse selection curated from NYPL holdings, and we we’re pretty happy to discover that Tana’s shelf mate in the display-case is none other than Henri Matisse in the Artists and the Art of the Book wing.

Celebrating 100 Years shows the breadth of NYPL’s collection, ranging from the first Guttenberg Bible to be acquired in the Americas to John Coltrane’s handwritten score of Lover Man, and it is a fantastic achievement to have one of our own founders included in the mix of such historic importance. As WSW co-found Ann Kalmbach might say… YOU GO GIRLFRIEND!
